1.2 Refund Eligibility: Refunds are generally not provided due to the availability of a free account option or free trial period, which allows users to evaluate the Service before committing to a subscription. Refunds may be considered in specific situations, such as technical issues directly attributable to Pulz.io that prevent the use of the Service, as outlined below.

2. Non-Refundable Services

2.1 Free Accounts and Trial Periods: If you utilize a free account or trial period, no charges will be made during this period, and therefore, no refunds are applicable. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, the subscription fee will be charged, and this Refund Policy will apply.

2.2 Renewals: Subscription renewals are non-refundable. As a courtesy, Pulz.io may send a reminder before the renewal date, allowing you to cancel if you do not wish to continue your subscription. However, the absence of such a reminder does not constitute grounds for a refund. No refunds will be issued once the subscription has been renewed.

2.3 Downgrades: If you choose to downgrade your subscription tier, the new subscription rate will apply at the start of the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

2.4 Promotional Offers: Refunds will not be provided for subscriptions purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms.

3.4 Currency and Transaction Fees: Refunds will be issued in the original currency of the transaction. Pulz.io is not responsible for any differences in the refunded amount due to currency exchange rates or third-party transaction fees.
