User Types
Understanding Different User Roles

Admin Role:
- Admins have full access to the organization settings, billing, lead magnets, and user management.
- They can manage pricing plans, invite or remove users, update billing information, and delete the entire organization.

Creator Role:
- Creators have access to lead magnets only.
- They can create, edit, and manage lead magnets, and also view submissions.
- They do not have access to billing or user management.
Capabilities

Admins can access the “Billing” section to:
- View or update the pricing plan.
- Manage billing information.
- Invite or remove organization members.
- Delete the organization along with all associated data.
- Admins can also invite new users and assign roles (Admin or Creator).
- They can remove users by navigating to the “Members” section in the organization settings.

Creator Capabilities:
- Creators can create, edit, and delete lead magnets by navigating to the “Lead Magnets” section in the dashboard.
- They can view the list of submissions and download the data from the “Submissions” page.
- Creators can manage all aspects of lead magnets but do not have access to organization billing or user management.
How to Switch Between Organizations

Upon logging in, you will be presented with an Organization Selector screen.

Select the organization you want to access.

Each organization’s settings, lead magnets, and billing information are managed separately.
